The Dad Discipline Workbook

What’s Inside (See below)

Why Motivation Isn’t Enough

Most dads start strong and lose momentum after a few days. This workbook helps you build a system that works even after motivation fades.

The “One Thing Per Day” System

Instead of trying to fix everything at once, you’ll learn how to focus on one small action each day that strengthens the kind of dad you want to become.

The ANCHOR Pillars of Fatherhood

Discover the five core areas that shape disciplined fatherhood: Presence, Leadership, Patience, Legacy, and Strength. These pillars help you focus your energy where it actually matters.

Define the Dad You’re Becoming

The workbook helps you create a clear target for who you want to become as a father — the dad your kids will remember.

Build a Daily Discipline System

You’ll map out a simple daily structure that works even on busy days. Because discipline doesn’t come from big moments. It comes from small actions done consistently.

Your First 7-Day Action Plan

Finish the workbook with a clear plan for the next 7 days so you can start building momentum immediately.

Meet Andrew Russell

Founder of DadderUp

I’m not a parenting expert.

I’m not a therapist, a psychologist, or a life coach.

I’m Andrew.

A dad who’s still figuring it out.
A dad who gets impatient sometimes.
A dad who works hard and then wishes he had saved a little more energy for home.
A dad who wants to show up, even when he doesn’t get it perfect.

I created DadderUp because I realized something I didn’t want to admit:
Being a father doesn’t come with a guidebook and most of us are trying to grow while pretending we already know how.

But I also realized this:
Even one person who believes fatherhood can be different… one person who shows you it’s possible to be intentional, present, and proud… can change everything.

DadderUp exists to be that “one person” for millions of dads and eventually, the brotherhood behind them.
