Data Deletion Instructions
DadderUp respects your right to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to request deletion of your DadderUp account and any data we hold about you, including data obtained when you sign in with Facebook.
What gets deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your account and login credentials
- Your profile information (name, email, avatar, family setup)
- Your challenge history, answers, streaks, badges, and points
- Any subscription and billing records tied to your account (retained only as long as legally required for tax and accounting purposes)
- Any data received from Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture)
How to request deletion
Email support@dadderup.com from the email address registered to your DadderUp account, with the subject line “Delete My Account”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
Facebook Login users
If you signed up using Facebook and want to disconnect DadderUp from your Facebook account, you can also remove us directly from Facebook: Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → DadderUp → Remove. Removing the app on Facebook stops future data sharing but does not delete the account or data already stored in DadderUp — use Option 1 or 2 above for full deletion.
